I’m Isaiah DC Owens, an actor, singer, and dancer in my second year of the BFA Musical Theatre program at Taylor University. From Moses in The Prince of Egypt to Sir Andrew Aguecheek in Twelfth Night, I’m drawn to the chance to step into another life and find what makes it human.

I grew up with stories that made the world feel larger: the adventure of a distant shore, the wonder beyond a wardrobe, the courage of an unlikely hero. Now I want to offer that same invitation from the stage. My faith shapes my desire to bring truth, beauty, and goodness to the work—to awaken wonder, deepen compassion, and help us see beyond ourselves.
